I have been journaling for 40 years and have taught journaling workshops for the past seven years in addition to 20 years of creative and memoir writing. I’m a 200-hour Baptiste Yoga instructor, which involves intensive journal training. By spring 2023, I’ll be certified in Narrative Therapy, which uses journaling to understand our personal history for healing and change our narrative to live an increasingly positive life.

All Reiki sessions are scheduled on Mondays and done at Vibe Beauty Collective, 501 Broadway, Troy, NY.
